Services for Otto R. Klingstein, 67, owner of the pet store at 6958 N. Clark st., will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 6959 N. Clark st. He died Thursday in Doctors hospital. He was past president of the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce and the Retailers Pet Supply Association of Chicago. Surviving are his widow, Rose; a son, Gerald, and three death of a volunteer fireman.
