OBITUARY Grand Forks Herald (ND) - March 12, 1995 Deceased Name: KATHERINE EISENZIMMER GROSSMAN Katherine Eisenzimmer Grossman, 88, Devils Lake, died Friday, March 10, 1995, in Mercy Hospital, Devils Lake. Katherine Keller was born Feb. 22, 1907, in Selz, N.D., the daughter of Casper and Mary (Axtman) Keller. She attended school in Selz and married Mike Eisenzimmer Nov. 22, 1926, in Devils Lake, where the couple lived. Mike Eisenzimmer died Feb. 15, 1948. She married Peter Grossman Nov. 8, 1953, in Devils Lake, and they farmed near Anamoose, N.D. Peter Grossman died in 1974. She had lived in the Odd Fellows Village, Devils Lake, for 20 years. She is survived by daughters, Marie (Mrs. Jack) Michel, Crystal, Minn., and Alice Weber, Bothell, Wash.; sons, Joe, Ray, Paul and William ''Bill'', all of Devils Lake, and Jack, Grand Forks; stepsons, Edward Grossman, Harvey, N.D., Ray Grossman, Glenburn, N.D., and Sebastian Eisenzimmer, Montgomery, Ala.; 56 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and special friends, Louise Nelson and Helen Kleven. She was preceded in death by a son, Floyd Eisenzimmer; stepson, Harry Grossman; stepdaughter, Eleanor Grochow; five sisters; and two brothers. Services:10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Devils Lake. Visitation:9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, in Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake.
