A memorial service was held April 2 at the Brookings Elks Lodge. Mr. Regan's ashes will be interred in the family plot at St. Peter's and Paul's Cemetery in Webster, ND.

Thomas was born June 9, 1929 in Devils Lake. N.D., one of seven children of Thomas and Bertha (Melvie) Regan. Following graduation from Devils Lake High School, he entered the U.S. Air Force, and served 18 months. Mr. Regan was honorably discharged in April of 1950.
